Transcript style: by default, I provide clean verbatim — filler words ("um," "uh"), false starts, and repeated words are removed so it reads smoothly, which is what most researchers, podcasters, and business clients need. If you need true verbatim (every word captured exactly, including filler and pauses — common for certain legal or academic requirements), just mention it when you order; it carries a 30% surcharge for the extra time involved.
Note: this service currently covers same-language transcription only — Indonesian audio becomes Indonesian text, English audio becomes English text (not translation). Need the transcript translated into another language? It can be combined separately with my translation service.

Not at this time. This service is same-language only: Indonesian audio becomes Indonesian text, English audio becomes English text.
