What kind of IT issues can I get consultation on?

You can get help with software installation and configuration, business email and hosting setup, using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, digital security (antivirus, backup, encryption), and general questions about the internet and information technology. How much does this online IT consultation cost?

Starting from USD10 during regular business hours (Saturday–Thursday, 08:00–17:30 WIB). Support outside business hours starts from USD15 and is by appointment only. The final rate depends on the difficulty of the issue — an estimate is always given before you decide.

Is this service available if I'm outside Indonesia?

Yes. All services are delivered online and remotely — available worldwide. No face-to-face meeting is required. We communicate via WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, Email, or Telegram.

Does support have to happen over video call, or can it be done without face-to-face contact?

Two options are available. First, live 1-on-1 support via WhatsApp Call, Zoom, or Google Meet. Second, asynchronous support — you send us the details of your issue and we send the completed work back via Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Pick whichever is most convenient for you.

When do I need to pay?

Full payment is made after you agree to the quote and before support begins. There's no charge at the initial-consultation stage. Full payment and rescheduling policy details are available on our service policy page.

Is there a guarantee my issue will definitely be resolved?

We're always upfront. If your issue is beyond what we're able to help with, we'll tell you before you pay. Consult with us first via WhatsApp — it's free, with no commitment whatsoever.

Is my data and information kept safe?

All files, accounts, and information you share with us are treated with full confidentiality. No client data is ever shared with any third party.

How do I reschedule a support session?

Clients may reschedule up to one time from a prior appointment. Rescheduling isn't possible once the support session has started and the consultant is already online at the agreed time. Full details are available on our service policy page.
